AUDIO DIRECTOR

The Audio Director serves as the chief audio expert and operator for weekend services, weekly ministry, and special events within the ministry of Eastridge Church (Issaquah Campus). The Audio Director will be responsible for all audio production (live and studio), volunteer team management, assist with stage design, and management of web, broadcast and podcast. This role will work closely with the Worship Pastor and Lead Pastor.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience in audio production (live and studio).
Experience in stage design.
Strong computer skills (Mac environment) in: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website development.
Highly organized, strong communication skills and leadership ability.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Graphic Design & Marketing Director serves as the chief graphic designer and primary architect for all communications at Eastridge Church. This role is responsible for the creation of all graphics, brand management, planning and coordination of marketing and communication elements, execution of marketing plans, and creative idea generation. This role will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Creative Team and other pastors.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience in graphic design across multiple channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in marketing management and strategic planning.
Strong computer skills (Mac environment) in: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website development.

FOOD SERVICES MANAGER

The Food Services Manager serves as the facilitator of all food services for Eastridge Church and hospitality.  The role is responsible to coordinate and supervise kitchen personnel, maintain clean and healthy standards, oversee budgeting and ordering of food and kitchen supplies, and participate in planning events.  This role reports to the Eastridge Business Director.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Quality experience as a chef.
Experience with recipe creation, scaling, and budgeting.
Experience managing employees and volunteers.
